Loving you, Knowing God

Truly, as much as I love you, and have a heart for you, the more I understand the heart of God and His love for me.

Yesterday, I had a plan. To meet you, be there physically with you, and send you back safely. Although I was really tired, I knew that it was going to be late for you, thus i wanted to uphold my promise that I would send you back if you are returning home pass 1030pm.

When you rejected me, i felt heartache. I straightaway asked God, what is happening?

God spoke to me.

For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

The feeling you have now, is how I feel when I want to carry out My plan with you, and you reject and turn yourself away. Colin, I had a plan for you. A plan to prosper you and not to harm you. A plan to give you your hope and your future. I love you so much and want to be there with you. I want you to have all of me!

I weeped. I understand how God feels when people leave His plan for their own ways.

Today when you didn't reply my attempts to communicate with you, the same thing happened.

I felt so sad yet angry, anxious yet pissed. I felt like you were ignoring me for some reason unknown to me.

Did I not love you enough, did I not try to be with you as much as I can? What could have caused this non-chalance?

God spoke to me," This is exactly how I felt when you turned your back on my and refused My communication attempts. This is My heart and love for you. Would you spend more time with me? Just for us to be with each other and get to know each other better?"

Can you imagine my emotions when God spoke to me like that?

I LOVE you Kristine. The more I love you, the more I know God's heart. Why would a 23 year old man, carry your bag, wallet, phone, be an extension to your hand and take whatever you want. Why would I tackle your storms for you. Like the many times bro is angry with you. I take them all. I can only tackle the storms that you allow me to.

When in the car, you rest on my lap and all. I keep an open eye for anything, that may cause you to be unstable. I don't need gifts or nice restaurants. I just want you! I want to hear about your day, your fears, your victories, your concerns! I want to be there for you, to be a place where you can lean on, to rest on, to draw strength! To laugh with, to cry with, to be your pillar.

When I'm angry or down, all it takes, is for a nice word from you, and it makes my day! It gives me that extra boost! I don't need you to tell me what to do, unless I ask for suggestions. I just need encouragement. I need ego boosters as well. I'm a guy...

Plucking of my beard

We are now in the office and you are plucking my beard out for me. i gave you 2 ten cent coins and now you got good at it! I love the cuteness of you plucking my beard, though its painful, it is interestingly enjoyable to a certain degree. seems like i'm a sadist.

I REALLY missed you today. Knowing that I wanted you to complete your reading plan, and all, just was so adamant! I couldn't stop thinking about you!!! Then coz I didn't want to distract ur reading time, I didn't want to sms you. Goodness!!! I'm really going mad head over heels about you! You are truly an AWESOME WOMAN!!!

Movie Night

We watched our first movie tgt!

It was The Knowing...

Let me tell the story from my end.

I have been praying.

God, I really need some money to bring Kristine out for a movie. I haven't watched a good movie in quite a long time. I really want to bless her, and go for a movie!

That day, I was blessed by a dear brother. He said, I think you need this. When I saw the amount, it was little over the movie ticket price! I was like, THANK YOU JESUS!!!

So we went. I didn't check the movie timings, but just went in faith for the movie. Lo and Behold, the movie time was right at the time we stepped in! even had time for toilet break!

During the movie, it was a lil weird on my end, trying to see where to place my hands, etc... and we talking and jokin quite a bit during the entire movie, and the scary toilet that people seem to be coming to from NO WHERE! and the irritating sound from the projector!

I really found the movie quite interesting, although not very Godly. Just interesting.

Then when deciding on the return-to-home, I wanted to send u back. Somehow, we ended up at the MRT station, u dropped me there, and abruptly walked off, and the weirdest part was that I kept walking into the MRT!!! Then I realised, eh, what just happened!!!

I will take note of this and in future, will not try to meet u so late at such a random timing.

We met for breakfast in the morning.

Saturday mornings for me is sacred unto my body. I love my saturday mornings as its the ONLY day in the week when I can sleep in and wake up without needing an alarm clock. And its usually to pay off my sleep debt.

Somehow, God told me to make time out and meet this woman. So we did, after sleeping for like 4 hours, we met for breakfast at Bishan. Simon and Handy picked you up first then picked me up from my place.

In the day, we went our separate ways, but met again in the evening with April picking youand me. You and I were suaning April about kids and all, and we were squeezing in April's brother's small car!

3rd of April 2009

Due to Simon's cheekiness that I needed to tell you something, and Simon giving you my cell phone number, so you gave me a call. I talked about the sales of the Neonode as a possible job for some of the SOT students. That was the first time you told me that you trust me. I was like,"This woman siao one ar? dun know me say know me and trust me!". Some how or wonder, by the act of God, we kept chatting till 4am in the morning.

I asked you many many things. Everything from calling of God, to how many kids does she want, etc. I pretty much asked all I needed that night. ;)

Men's Meeting

• Was forced with Uncle Kelvin to sit near the back due to so many places being reserved.
  
• Phil Pringle spoke about men rising up and preparing for war.
• Was raining HEAVILY after!

Supper

• Went to pick you up and went to Geylang for supper
• You were wearing black and not feeling well

In the Car

• Chatted about faith. You impressed me with your answers and way of thinking. This was one of the very rare times that I was taken aback by the way someone answered my train of questioning.
